6-Day Heritage Tour: Frequently Asked Questions

Which cities are covered in the 6-day Rajasthan and Delhi tour package?
This comprehensive 6-day tour covers five major cities: Delhi (The Capital), Agra (City of Taj), Jaipur (The Pink City), Ajmer (Holy Dargah), and Pushkar (Sacred Brahma Temple). It is a perfect extension of the Golden Triangle tour, offering a mix of history, royalty, and spirituality.
How much does a private cab for a 6-day Agra-Jaipur-Ajmer tour cost?
The cost depends on the vehicle chosen (Sedan, SUV, or Tempo Traveller). Typically, a 6-day all-inclusive package starts from ₹22,000 for a sedan to ₹32,000 for an Innova Crysta. This includes fuel, interstate taxes (UP, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi), tolls, and driver allowance.
Are interstate taxes and toll charges included in the 6-day tour price?
Yes, at Purvanchal Rent a Car, we provide transparent, all-inclusive quotes. Our 6-day tour pricing covers all highway tolls (including Yamuna Expressway) and state entry taxes for Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Delhi, so you don't have to pay anything extra during the journey.
What is the best time to visit Jaipur, Ajmer, and Pushkar by road?
The best time is from October to March when the weather is pleasant for exploring forts and temples. If you plan to visit during the Pushkar Camel Fair (usually in November), we recommend booking your cab and hotels at least 2-3 months in advance due to heavy tourist inflow.
Can we customize the tour to stay overnight in Pushkar instead of Jaipur?
Absolutely! Our 6-day tour is fully flexible. While the standard plan uses Jaipur as a base, we can easily customize it for an overnight stay in Pushkar if you wish to experience the evening Aarti at the Ghats or explore the desert camps.
Is it safe for international tourists to travel to Ajmer Dargah by private cab?
Yes, it is very safe. Our drivers are experienced in handling international guests and will guide you to the nearest drop-off points near the Dargah. We ensure our vehicles are GPS-tracked and our drivers act as local guardians throughout the 6-day trip.
What kind of vehicle is best for a family of 6 on this 6-day heritage tour?
For a family of 6, we highly recommend the Toyota Innova Crysta or a 9-seater Tempo Traveller. These vehicles provide enough legroom and luggage space, which is essential for a long-distance road trip covering multiple cities over 6 days.
Does the driver stay with us for the entire 6 days?
Yes, a dedicated professional driver and vehicle will be with you from the moment of your Delhi pickup until the final drop-off on Day 6. This allows you to keep your luggage safely in the car and provides the flexibility to stop for photos or meals whenever you like.
Can we visit the Taj Mahal on Day 1 of the 6-day tour?
Yes, if we start early from Delhi (around 6:00 AM), we reach Agra by 9:30 AM. This gives you ample time to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort on the very first day before checking into your hotel. Please note that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
What are the must-visit temples in Pushkar during this tour?
The most important is the Lord Brahma Temple (the only one in the world). You should also visit the Savitri Mata Temple (accessible via cable car for great views), the Varaha Temple, and take a walk around the sacred Pushkar Lake with its 52 holy ghats.
How many kilometers are covered in this 6-day Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Ajmer circuit?
The total distance covered is approximately 1,100 to 1,200 kilometers. This includes the Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar-Delhi route and local sightseeing in each city. Our all-inclusive packages are designed to cover this entire distance without hidden mileage charges.
Are there hygienic food stops along the Jaipur-Ajmer highway?
Yes, our drivers are well-aware of the best-rated mid-way restaurants and dhabas that maintain high hygiene standards, especially for international and family travelers. We ensure stops at places with clean restrooms and quality multi-cuisine food.
Do we need to pay for the driver's accommodation and meals during the 6 days?
No, the driver’s night stay allowance and meals are already included in our package price. You don't have to worry about the driver’s logistics; your only focus should be enjoying the heritage and culture of Rajasthan and Agra.
Is an elephant ride at Amber Fort (Jaipur) included in the tour?
The elephant ride is an optional activity and is not included in the cab rental price. It is subject to availability and government regulations. Our driver can drop you at the Amber Fort entrance and help you find the official ticket counter for elephant rides or jeep safaris.
How can I book the 6-day heritage tour with Purvanchal Rent a Car?
You can book by filling out the inquiry form on our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp/Phone. We require a small token amount to confirm the booking and assign the vehicle, with the remaining balance payable during the trip.
Do you provide a tour guide along with the car rental?
Our package includes a professional driver. If you require a deep historical explanation, we can arrange government-approved multilingual guides at the Taj Mahal or Delhi monuments for a small additional fee. These guides provide in-depth knowledge of Mughal architecture.
